3 Simple Steps To High Quality Leads and Objection-Free Selling

So let’s dive in.  Is ATTRACTION MARKETING for you?  Well it is if you don’t want to chase people down and you’d like them reaching out to you instead.  If you want to recruit and sell with less objections and resistance then yes this is for you.  If you feel like there’s not enough hours in the day to build your business and you want more leverage and automation then this is definitely for you.  If the traditional way of building your business with one-on-one presentations and home parties and lunch meetings doesn’t fit your personality then again this is for you.  If your company prohibits you from marketing online, this is also for you.  And even if you are technically challenged you can use what I’m going to teach you to build your business online.
Now just in case you are wondering if this is not for you yes there are people that will not do well with this system.  These people are looking for:
-A Get-Rich Quick Plan.  In business and in life there really is no free lunch.  You have to put in some effort to be successful in online marketing as well as any offline business.  So in other words there is no auto-magic system to build your business without you doing any work.  Businesses are about relationships, and it takes time and effort to build relationships both online and offline.
-You are unwilling to invest in You.
-Surprisingly, a lot of people in network marketing and affiliate marketing and “offended” by or afraid of “being sold.”  Admit it, you are here because you want to sell more stuff.  But by doing it incorrectly, or spamming you are not having results.  And you won’t.  Learning to attract customers means gaining skills.  Remember the equation of all sales:
Sales = Value.  So if you are going to make a sale then you have to offer value in the marketplace.
So the question here is:
-What value can I offer that others are not offering?
-Am I genuinely interested in helping people or do I just want to make money?  Really, the harder you chase money, the more it runs away from you.
Remember this saying from Zig Ziglar–“You can have everything you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want in life.”  This holds true.
So ask yourself-Am I willing obtain more personal value, so that I can have more value to give?
When I first started network marketing for lack of a better term I sucked.  I didn’t have posture.  And I didn’t really know anything about marketing–after all, I was a corporate accountant.  So I really started to dive in to my education.  Because I did not want to go back to working 90 hours a week and getting paid 40 hours a week.  And I wanted freedom and an amazing life where I would be able to travel and spend time with my family and friends.  And I wanted the joy and fulfillment of helping others also get out of the RAT RACE.
So Here Is My Simple 3-Step Formula:
1.  Target
2.  Cultivate
3.  Convert
First of all there is the Target Portion.  So what does that mean?  The best advice that I ever got choosing a targeted audience—
-The people who are most likely to buy a particular product or service are people who have a history of purchasing similar products and services in the past or they’re actively searching for them now…
The best three groups of people to target are:
1.  People who are searching for your product / opportunity by name.  (Not a lot of these out there.)
2.  People who have a problem that your product / opportunity solves.
3.  People that have a history of buying similar products and services in the past.
Step 2-Cultivate.  There is way more people looking for Information than ready to buy.  Instead of pushing my link and “buy my stuff,” you need to lead with value and education.  You don’t go up to someone in the mall, plant a kiss on their mouth, and ask them to marry you.  You need to cultivate the relationship.  The biggest mistake that most network and affiliate marketers do is that they ask for the sale on the first date.  AND THEY DON’T GIVE VALUE.
Step 3-Convert–this is only after “dating” your prospect–presenting as an expert, giving value and training.  And of course gaining trust.
